This week’s Mix It Up Monday features The December, a bourbon based martini with hints of cranberry and ginger to bring tidings of good cheer all month long.
3 oz of top shelf Bourbon Rye (we prefer: Bulliet Rye)
1.5 oz of ginger liqueur (we prefer: Domain de Canton)
2 dashes of Cranberry bitters (we prefer: Fee Brothers)
Combine bourbon, ginger liqueur and bitters in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a martini glass.
